Compound barbell — squat, deadlift, bench, press, row. Coached programming, six racks, no waiting.
One-on-one or two-on-one with a coach. Combinations, defence, conditioning rounds. Booked separately.
Bag rounds, burpees, sled, rower. Intervals built around boxing rounds — three on, one off. Bring water.
Train on your own programme — racks, dumbbells, bags, mats. Coaches on the floor for form checks.
Light to medium technical sparring, head coach in the ring. Approval-only — three months of fundamentals first.
Floor staff who still spar, still lift, still get hit. Most have been here from the year we opened.
Six time slots, seven days. Drop in or build a routine. Walk-ups welcome until cap.
Pay-as-you-fight, full membership, or the title bout (everything in). Cancel any month. No joining fee.
